Midas

First time at Midas in Downers Grove. I was looking into getting new brakes. The guys took the time to explain everything to me and were patient when I asked questions. They were very honest on what I needed and what could wait. I happened to be there on Customer Appreciation day and got free White Sox tickets out of it! Thank you! I will be back

I brought my car into this store for the first time recently due to my engine light coming on and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the service. Joey was able to get the problem diagnosed and my car repaired quickly and for a very reasonable price. Joey was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I will absolutely bring all of my cars to this location when the time comes again.

Such an incredible experience. I now have "a guy" I will always use for every car repair. Jamal was so pleasant and helpful. The best part is the consistent communication. I'm one of those people who is nervous when it comes to the unknown. Jamal explained everything and kept me updated throughout the process. I'll definitely be back.

I have been a loyal Midas customer for over two years and have trusted them with both of my vehicles for everything from oil changes and batteries to routine maintenance and inspections. I've always had good experiences with Midas, but this visit truly stood out. The main reason for this review is Jamal. From the moment you walk in, he makes you feel like you've known him for years. He is friendly, professional, honest, and genuinely cares about helping customers rather than selling them services they don't need. Jamal took the time to explain everything clearly, offered helpful recommendations without any pressure, and made sure I understood my options before making any decisions. That's something I really appreciate. On top of that, he found discounts for me and helped save me money, which shows that he truly puts customers first. Customer service like this is rare. Jamal's positive attitude, patience, knowledge, and honesty made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. He treated me with respect and made me feel valued as a customer. Although I normally visit the Midas location closest to my home, I chose this location because they open at 7:30 AM, and I'm very glad

This location is incredible, they even have a rental car you can borrow while your cars is getting replaced. They are proactive with coupons offered online. They are professional with recommending which repairs are necessary and the importance of fixing them to prevent other problems or which ones could wait a couple months. They are understanding about costs. I never felt pressured just so they could get a sale on the repair. They talked to me with respect while informing me what repairs are needed and showing me the underside of my car.
